Eligibility Criteria :
Senior Research Fellow (a) – Chemistry:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry.
Experience & Skills: NET/GATE qualified with 2 years of research experience. Minimum 6 months post-graduation research in sol-gel chemistry, focusing on polymer-based aerogel synthesis. Strong hands-on skills in aerogel synthesis and characterization using various laboratory techniques.
Senior Research Fellow (b) – Polymer Science / Textile:
Educational Qualification: 1st Class M.Tech in Polymer Science and Technology with NET/GATE.
Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years research experience in electrospinning, melt spinning, with knowledge of aerogels. Proficiency in nanomaterial synthesis and characterization required.
Project Attendant:
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree.
Experience & Skills: At least 3 months experience in chemical research lab and 3 years overall experience in lab operations, administrative tasks, GeM procurement, and lab equipment/inventory management.
Relaxation: NET/GATE requirement for JRF/SRF may be waived for candidates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with CGPA ≥ 8.0 (80% marks).
Age Limit :

Salary / Stipend :
Senior Research Fellow (a & b): ₹42,000 per month + HRA @ 27%.
Project Attendant: ₹26,860 – 35,050 per month (incremental scale) + HRA @ 27%.
