Education ualification :
Design Innovation Fellow (a) : A first-class M.Tech. or B.Tech. in computer science, information technology, electronics, or mechanical engineering is required. Experience creating accessible websites and software applications; mastery of coding and AI tools for accessibility; familiarity with planning and carrying out user studies, including gathering and analyzing data; and completion of foundational AI and machine learning courses from reputable universities are desirable.

Design Innovation Fellow (b) :
Requirement: A top-notch M.Des. or B.Des. from an accredited university. Proficiency in CAD design and modeling, especially procedures for 3D modeling and prototyping, is desirable; knowledge of universal design principles and expertise in creating accessible websites and products; familiarity with designing and carrying out user studies, including usability testing, need analysis, and user-centric evaluation.
