Eligibility Criteria :
IISER Tirupati Recruitment 2026 invites applications from highly qualified candidates with strong academic background, advanced research experience, and demonstrated teaching excellence. The positions are intended for candidates with a proven record in higher education and research in reputed national or international institutions.

Professor :
Qualification :
PhD with First Class in the preceding degree and consistently strong academic record.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of post-PhD experience in teaching and research.
Leadership Requirement : Demonstrated leadership in academic/research activities.
Advanced Experience : At least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor (Level 13A2 or equivalent).
Eligible Institutions Experience : IITs, IISc, IIMs, Central Universities, State Universities of repute, or National Research Laboratories (India/Abroad).

Assistant Professor :
Qualification : PhD with First Class in the preceding degree and strong academic performance.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of post-PhD experience in teaching, research, or industry.

Salary / Stipend :
Professor : Academic Pay Level-14A (₹1,59,100/- entry pay).
Assistant Professor : Academic Pay Level-12 (₹1,01,500/- entry pay).

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through a rigorous academic evaluation process ;

Shortlisting of candidates.
Seminar / Research Presentation and Interview.
Document verification.
Final selection will be based on overall academic excellence, research contribution, and interview performance.
