Eligibility Criteria :

Academic Associate – Economics & Public Policy :
Must have one of the following qualifications ;
PhD (with or without experience).
Graduate or Postgraduate in Economics or allied disciplines.
B.Tech / B.E with relevant experience.
Experience ;
Teaching or research experience is desirable.

Academic Associate – Finance and Accounting :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD in relevant discipline (preferred or registered candidates).
MBA or equivalent with First Class (Finance & Accounting specialization).
M.Com with First Class (Computer Applications specialization).
Preference ;
PhD holders or PhD registered candidates in Finance/Accounting fields.

Academic Associate – General Management :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD (with or without experience).
MBA or equivalent with First Class.
Additional preference ;
Background in Law or interest in legal aspects of business.

Academic Associate – Information Systems and Analytics :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD in Information Systems / Analytics (with or without experience).
MBA (IT / Systems / Analytics specialization) or related postgraduate degree.
B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science or related fields.
MCA with relevant experience.
Experience ;
Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (academic or industry).
Preference ;
Experience in higher education or research institutions.

Academic Associate – Strategy & Entrepreneurship :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD (with or without experience).
MBA or Master’s in Economics / Psychology / Sociology or related fields.
Additional preference ;
Background or interest in Law.
Interest in legal aspects of business.
Academic requirement ;
Good academic record is required.

Academic Associate – Marketing :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD (with or without experience).
First-class postgraduate degree (MBA Marketing or related field).
Experience ;
Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in academics or industry.

Academic Associate – Operations Management & Decision Sciences :
Must have one of the following ;
PhD (with or without experience).
B.E in any discipline.
B.Sc / M.Sc in Mathematics or Statistics.
MBA with specialization in Operations / Decision Sciences / Analytics.
Experience ;
1–3 years experience preferred.
Fresh graduates may also apply.
Preference ;
Teaching or academic institution experience (not mandatory).

Salary / Stipend :
With PhD: ₹30,000 per month.
Without PhD: ₹25,000 per month.
