Eligibility Criteria :

Professor :
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification with a consistent first-class academic record. A minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry is required, including at least 4 years at Associate Professor level in reputed institutions such as IITs, IIMs, IISc, IISERs, top-ranked global B-schools, or equivalent foreign universities. Candidates must have a strong research profile with at least 3 publications in A/A* journals or 6 in B-category journals, including at least 2 A/A* publications in the last 4 years.

Professor of Practice (Contractual) :
Candidates should possess at least 20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles in industry or government. Strong practical expertise and proven impact in their domain are essential. A Ph.D. is desirable but not mandatory if compensated by extensive industry expertise. A minimum of 60% marks in Graduation/Post-Graduation/Class XII/X is required.

Associate Professor :
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with first-class academic record and strong academic credentials. A minimum of 6 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry is required, including at least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent. A solid publication record is required, including A/A*/B/C category research papers, with at least one A/A* publication in the last 4 years.

Associate Professor of Practice (Contractual) :
Requires a minimum of 15 years of industry or government experience, along with demonstrated expertise and leadership in practice. Ph.D. is desirable but not essential if supported by strong professional experience. First-class academic record (minimum 60%) is required.

Assistant Professor (Grade-I) :
Requires a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification with first-class academic record and at least 3 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry (excluding Ph.D. period). Publication in recognized journals (A or B category) is required for confirmation, with possible relaxation for industry professionals.

Assistant Professor (Grade-II) :
Ph.D. holders with less than 3 years of experience may apply for a contractual position.

Age Limit :
Professor of Practice (Contract): Maximum 65 years.
Associate Professor of Practice (Contract): Maximum 65 years.

Salary Structure :
Professor : Academic Level 14A.
Associate Professor : Academic Level 13A2.
Assistant Professor (Grade-I) : Academic Level 12.
Assistant Professor (Grade-II) : Academic Level 10/11.
