Eligibility Criteria :
Education: Postgraduate degree (Master’s) in any discipline.
Preferred: MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or Master’s in Social Work or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in:
Training, capacity building, or mentoring projects
Government, academic, CSR, or incubation initiatives related to entrepreneurship, livelihoods, or rural development.

Skills:
Strong Hindi communication and facilitation; local dialect proficiency preferred
Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh
Strong documentation, report-writing, and proficiency in MS Office, Google, and AI tools.

Salary :
Consolidated pay: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
Annual increments applicable

Selection Process :
Screening followed by interview(s).
Candidates may be asked to give a short Hindi micro-teaching demonstration or respond to a mentoring scenario.
