Eligibility Criteria :
Ph.D. in Management – Preferably in HRM or Psychology with proven research capabilities.
Post-Graduation – Minimum 60% marks in HRM, Psychology, or related disciplines from a recognized institute.
Experience – Up to 3 years of relevant research or industry experience in management or behavioral studies.
Research Publications – At least one research paper in an ABDC/ABS indexed journal within the last three years.
