Educational Qualification and Experience :

AGM (Grade C) :
Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent as per the discipline.
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
At least 7 years of experience should be in the relevant field.
Candidates should currently hold or have held a position equivalent to Scale III or Grade B / E4-E5 level.

DGM (Grade D) :
Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent as per the discipline.
Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience.
At least 11 years of experience should be in the relevant domain.
Candidates should currently hold or have held a position equivalent to Scale IV or Grade C / E5-E6 level.

Age Limit (As on 30.04.2026) :
General / EWS : AGM (Grade C) - 45 Years ; DGM (Grade D) - 50 Years.
OBC (NCL) : AGM (Grade C) - 48 Years ; DGM (Grade D) - 53 Years.
SC / ST : AGM (Grade C) 50 Years ; DGM (Grade D) - 55 Years.
PwBD (General/EWS) : AGM (Grade C) - 55 Years ; DGM (Grade D) - 60 Years.
PwBD (SC/ST) : AGM (Grade C) 60 Years ; DGM (Grade D) - 65 Years.
Ex-Servicemen : AGM (Grade C) - As per GoI Rules ; DGM (Grade D) - As per GoI Rules.

Selection Process :
The selection process includes ;
Shortlisting of applications.
Personal Interview.
Document Verification.
Medical Fitness Verification.

Candidates need to fill out the prescribed application form and send it along with self-attested copies of required documents through Ordinary Post or Speed Post to the official IIFCL address mentioned in the notification. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted.
