Applicants must ensure they meet the following requirements before applying ;
Must be an Indian citizen.
Educational Qualification :
Five-year integrated MBA, OR
Two-year full-time MBA, OR
PGDM in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management from a recognized UGC/AICTE institution.
Minimum academic performance :
60% marks for General/OBC candidates.
55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates with CGPA must convert it into percentage before filling the application form.
Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 25 years (as on 30 April 2026).
Relaxation :
OBC (NCL): 3 years.
SC/ST: 5 years.

Stipend & Benefits :
Monthly stipend during training: ₹55,000/- (approx.).

Posting may be anywhere in India across IFFCO units or subsidiaries.
