Educational Qualification :
B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institute; OR
Equivalent qualification along with a Certificate in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognised institution.
Candidates must possess basic computer knowledge.

Age Limit :
Maximum age allowed: 35 years.

Experience Requirement :
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Nursing Officer is mandatory.

Preference Criteria :
Preference will be given to candidates having ;
Experience in ICU, Operation Theatre (OT), or Cath Lab.
Experience in a 200+ bedded Super Specialty Hospital.
Higher educational qualifications in nursing beyond the minimum eligibility criteria.

Registration Fee :
ICSIL charges a one-time portal registration fee instead of a post-specific application fee.
Registration Fee: Rs 590
The fee is non-refundable.
Candidates must pay this fee before applying for any vacancy on the ICSIL portal.
Once registered, candidates can apply for eligible vacancies available on the portal.

Salary & Pay :
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs 70,942.
The remuneration is consolidated in nature.

Selection Process :
The recruitment process consists of two stages ;
Stage 1: Shortlisting ;
Candidates are shortlisted based on ;
Educational qualification.
Age.
Relevant work experience.
Documents are scrutinised to verify eligibility.
If the number of applicants is high, ICSIL may adopt additional rational criteria for shortlisting.
Stage 2: Interview / Interaction ;
Shortlisted candidates are called for ;
Interview; or
Interaction with the deploying department.
Depending on the post, the process may also include ;
Skill Test.
Written Test.

Merely appearing for the interview does not guarantee selection.
Final selection is based on ;
Academic qualifications.
Suitability assessment.
The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.
Selected candidates are deployed on a contractual or outsourced basis.
The contract remains valid ;
For a fixed period; or
Until contract expiry; or
Until regular incumbents join, whichever is earlier.
ICSIL does not guarantee deployment to all shortlisted candidates.

Security Deposit & Refund Terms :

Submission of a No Dues Certificate from the client department.
Completion of all contractual obligations mentioned in the appointment letter.

Key Terms & Conditions :
The engagement is purely contractual and temporary.

Candidates are engaged under a specific project or scheme.
Statutory compliances apply as per applicable laws.

Place of Deployment :
Primary deployment is at Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital.
However, posting may be anywhere in Delhi/NCR.
Work Schedule ;
Candidates may be required to ;
Work in shifts.
Work on rotational duties.
No additional conveyance allowance is provided.
Canvassing.
Canvassing in any form is prohibited, including ;
Seeking recommendations.
Political influence.
Lobbying through intermediaries.
Candidates indulging in canvassing will be disqualified.
