Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility varies by post level based on medical or biomedical qualifications,

Scientist-C (Non-Medical) :
Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related discipline from a recognized university
OR Pharm-D degree approved by UGC/PCI.

Scientist-B (Medical) :
MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by MCI/NMC.

Scientist-B (Non-Medical) :
Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or allied field
OR Pharm-D degree recognized by UGC/PCI.

All qualifications must be from recognized institutions only.

Application Fee :
General / OBC: ₹1500.
SC / ST: No fee.
Women candidates: No fee.
Fee exemption applies to reserved categories and female applicants.

Salary Structure :
Scientist-C: Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700).
Scientist-B (Medical): Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
Scientist-B (Non-Medical): Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
Pay is as per the 7th CPC pay matrix.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through ;
Computer-Based Test (MCQ format).
Interview (for shortlisted candidates).
Initial screening based on eligibility criteria.
Final selection depends on combined performance and shortlisting.
