Educational Qualification and Experience :

Deputy Manager – Accounts (Grade E – Regular) :
Candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager – Accounts should be between 23 to 30 years of age as on 01 May 2026. Applicants must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Preference will be given to candidates having around 1 year of experience in areas such as Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment, or Fund Management.

Division Head (Financial & Allied Services) & CFO (Contract Basis) :
Candidates should be between 50 to 61 years of age as on 01 May 2026. Applicants must hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce preferably with CAIIB qualification, or should be a Chartered Accountant. Retired officers with 20–25 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and allied areas are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to retired General Managers of Public Sector Banks who have worked as CFO or served in the Accounts Department at DGM/GM level.

Application Fee :
General / OBC : ₹1,000/- for Regular Post / Nil for Contractual Post.
SC / ST : Same as above.

Salary Details :
Deputy Manager – Accounts : Basic Pay ₹44,900/- with approximate monthly emoluments of ₹91,070/- (Annual CTC around ₹17.28 Lakhs).
Division Head & CFO : Consolidated remuneration with approximate annual CTC of ₹30.90 Lakhs.
