Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must fulfill the following educational and professional requirements for the Assistant District Attorney post ;
Bachelor of Laws (Professional) degree from a recognized university.
Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric standard or higher qualification.
Enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council is mandatory.
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on the prescribed closing date.

Age Limit :
Minimum age: 21 years.
Maximum age: 42 years.
Age will be calculated as on 02 September 2025.
Upper age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories such as SC, BC, PwBD, and others according to Haryana Government rules.

Application Fee :
PwBD Candidates (Haryana, 40% or above disability) : NIL.
SC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/Women of Haryana : ₹250.
DESM (UR) : ₹1000.
General / Other Categories : ₹1000.

Selection Process :
Recruitment by Haryana Public Service Commission will be conducted through the following stages ;
Screening Test (Objective Type).
Subject Knowledge Test (Main Written Examination).
Interview / Viva-Voce.
Document Verification and Medical Examination.
The Screening Test will be used only for shortlisting candidates.
Final merit will be prepared based on performance in the Subject Knowledge Test and Interview.
