Educational Qualification & Experience :
Applicants must hold a recognized professional degree in Law. In addition, candidates should have at least five years of active practice as an Advocate.
Those seeking reservation benefits must be bona fide residents of Himachal Pradesh. Candidates currently serving in regular government positions are eligible to apply only if they submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
Application Fee Details :
General / EWS / WFF / General PwD / General Ex-Servicemen: ₹600.
SC / ST / OBC / EWS (BPL) / Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST/OBC): ₹150.
Ex-Servicemen (after completion of full tenure) / Visually Impaired candidates of Himachal Pradesh: No Fee.
Age Criteria (As on 01-01-2026) :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 45 years.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/WFF/Persons with Disabilities of Himachal Pradesh, Government employees, and Ex-Servicemen, as per applicable government rules.
Pay & Emoluments :
Selected candidates will be engaged as Job Trainees and will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹28,000.
