Eligibility Criteria :
Assistant Professor (General Surgery) :
Applicants must meet the following requirements ;
A valid medical qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 / National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
A postgraduate degree in the relevant surgical specialty or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after postgraduation in a recognized medical institution.
Acceptable qualifications include M.S. (General Surgery) or equivalent international specialty qualifications.
Assistant Professor (Dermatology) :
Applicants must have ;
A recognized medical qualification under the applicable medical council regulations.
A postgraduate degree in Dermatology or related specialty.
At least 3 years of teaching experience after PG in a recognized medical college.
Eligible qualifications include M.D. (Dermatology & Venereology) or M.D. (Medicine) with D.V.D.
Application Fee :
All applicants must pay a fixed fee of ₹600, applicable equally to every category and gender.
Age Criteria :
Maximum age limit: 45 years (as on 01-01-2026).
Age relaxation will be provided as per applicable government rules.
Pay Scale :
Assistant Professor (General posts) ;
₹37,400 – ₹67,000 + Grade Pay ₹8,900.
Assistant Professor (Dermatology / Forensic Medicine) ;
Pay Level 30 (₹1,29,700 – ₹2,14,300).
