Eligibility Criteria :
The Corporation invites applications for Junior Executives, Engineers, Officers, Managers, and Senior Leadership roles across technical, finance, HR, safety, operations, IT, sustainability, and specialized domains.
Educational Qualifications :
Junior Executive (Freshers – 2.1 to 2.8) :
Graduation in relevant discipline (as specified per post).
Diploma in respective Engineering disciplines for technical roles.
Specialized qualifications required for HR, Quality Control, and Fire & Safety posts..
Engineers (2.9 to 2.12) :
4-year full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
Officers (2.13 to 2.17) :
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) for Finance roles.
PG Degree / MBA (HR specialization) for HR roles.
Engineering Degree (Computer Science) or MCA for IS roles.
Experienced Professionals (3.1 to 3.29).
Positions require relevant combinations of:
Engineering Degrees (various disciplines) :
M.Tech / ME / MSc / MBA / PGDM
Law Degree (LLB) :
Company Secretary qualification.
Industrial Safety certification.
Specialized domain qualifications depending on the role.
FTC Position – Senior Cyber Security Strategist (4.1) :
Engineering in Computer Science or MCA.
Preference for Master’s in Cyber/Information/OT Security.
All qualifications must be full-time regular courses from AICTE-approved / UGC-recognized institutions.
Minimum Marks :
65% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates.
55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
CA/CMA candidates must additionally secure minimum 50% in CA/CMA qualification.
Salary & Benefits :
Selected candidates will be placed in pay scales ranging from:
₹30,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month.
(Approx. CTC ₹10.88 LPA to ₹49.30 LPA depending on grade).
FTC Cyber Security role offers ₹50–60 LPA (consolidated) based on experience.
CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Retirement Benefits, Cafeteria Allowance, and Performance Related Pay as per company policy. Final compensation may vary based on posting location.
Age Limit (as on 25-03-2026) :
Junior Executives & Engineers: Maximum 25 Years.
Officers (Finance/HR/IS): 25–27 Years.
Experienced Professionals: 26–47 Years (role-based).
FTC Cyber Security Role: 39–45 Years.
