Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements as on 01.01.2026. Only candidates who have passed their qualifying examination (ITI / Diploma / B.Tech) during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible. The category declared in the initial application will be treated as final and cannot be modified later under any circumstances.

Educational Qualification :

Trade Apprentice (ITI Holders) :
Full-time ITI certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT in the relevant trade.
Passed between 2022–2026 from a recognized institute.
Minimum 60% marks (relaxation to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Equivalency certificate required if qualification is considered equivalent.

Graduate Apprentice (Engineering Degree) :
B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Passed during 2022–2026.
Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA as per university conversion rules.

Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders) :
Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch from a recognized institution.
Passed during 2022–2026.
Must clearly indicate percentage/CGPA in the application form; missing data may lead to rejection.

Mandatory Requirements :
Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Registration on the appropriate apprenticeship portal is compulsory ;
NAPS for ITI candidates.
NATS for Diploma/B.Tech candidates.
Candidates currently undergoing or already completed apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
Minimum marks requirement ;
General/OBC/EWS: 60%.
SC/ST/PwBD: 50%.

Age Criteria :
Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.01.2026.
No specific upper age limit beyond apprenticeship rules.
Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Application Fee :
No application fee applicable.
Application process is completely free for all categories.

Selection Method :
Selection will be carried out in multiple stages ;
Merit-Based Shortlisting ;
Based on marks obtained in ITI/Diploma/B.Tech.
Incorrect or mismatched academic data will lead to rejection.
Document Verification ;
Verification of original certificates and eligibility documents.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
Test / Interview (if required) ;
May include written test, skill test, or interview depending on discipline.
Medical Examination
Final appointment subject to medical fitness as per apprenticeship norms
Eligible Candidates ;
Fresh pass-outs from 2022–2026 batches.
Candidates meeting minimum academic percentage criteria.
Applicants registered on NAPS or NATS portal with valid enrollment number.
Indian nationals only.

Ineligible Candidates :
Candidates who have already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship training.
Candidates who passed before 2022.
Candidates not meeting minimum percentage criteria.
Applicants not registered on the correct apprenticeship portal.
Non-Indian citizens.

Complete profile with Aadhaar verification.
Search and select Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited.
Apply for the relevant trade/discipline.
Ensure enrollment number is valid and active before applying.
Save application copy for future reference.

Key Instructions :
Category once selected cannot be changed.
Academic marks must exactly match uploaded certificates.
Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
