Eligibility Criteria :
Graduate Project Engineer (Chemical) :
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed at least one year of Graduate Apprenticeship training in Chemical trade under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in Ordnance Factories under MIL or factories involved in the manufacturing of military ammunition and explosives. Candidates with minimum one year of training or work experience in factories dealing with ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and related handling processes are also eligible for engagement on a tenure basis.
Skilled Worker (AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) :
Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th class) and possess NAC/NTC certificate issued by NCVT from Government ITI or a Government-recognized institute in the Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade. Candidates from feeder trades such as IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic are also eligible. Preference will be given to candidates having training or experience in Ordnance Factories or in manufacturing and handling military explosives and ammunition.
Remuneration and Benefits :
Selected candidates will be paid remuneration calculated at 1/30th of Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance for 8 hours of work per day. Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) will be applicable as per company rules. House Rent Allowance will be provided where company quarters are not available, and company quarters may be allotted on priority basis where available.
Employees will be entitled to 30 days leave per year (2.5 days per month), which can be accumulated up to 30 days and encashed after completion of one year of service. They will also be covered under EPF and Employees Compensation Act as per government rules and will be eligible for bonus as per the Bonus Act, 1965. Night Duty Allowance and Risk Allowance will be provided as applicable. Safety equipment and protective gear will be provided by the company. Female employees will be eligible for maternity benefits as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
These tenure-based employees will not be eligible for promotions, overtime allowance, loans or advances, medical facilities, LTC/LTA, school fee reimbursement, study leave, sponsorship for higher studies, or other benefits available to regular employees.
