Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates applying for the Tenure Based Project Engineer (Chemical) position must hold any one of the following qualifications ;
A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or
A B.Sc degree with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.
Additionally, applicants should have completed apprenticeship training in Chemical Trade under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in one of the following setups ;
Ordnance Factories under Munitions India Limited, or
Units engaged in manufacturing or handling ammunition and explosives, or
Other industrial factories where relevant chemical processes are carried out.

Age Criteria :
The upper age limit for General category candidates is 30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms ;
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation.

Salary Structure :
The position offers a yearly increment-based pay structure as follows ;
1st Year: ₹36,000 per month.
2nd Year: ₹37,080 per month.
3rd Year: ₹38,192 per month.
4th Year: ₹39,338 per month plus applicable Dearness Allowance.

Selection Method :
Selection will be carried out through a combined evaluation process, which includes ;
Assessment of academic performance in qualifying examinations (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/B.Sc).
Personal interview or interaction round.
Preparation of final merit list based on weighted scores ;
85% weightage for academic marks.
15% weightage for interview performance.
Final document verification before appointment.
