Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant / allied discipline from a recognized Indian university or an equivalent qualification from a foreign institution recognized as equivalent.
In addition, applicants must satisfy at least one of the following requirements ;
Qualified UGC NET / CSIR NET, or an equivalent test such as SLET/SET, OR
Awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009 or 2016).
Special provisions ;
Candidates who registered for Ph.D. before 11 July 2009 must meet UGC-prescribed conditions regarding research mode, evaluation process, viva voce, publications, and presentations.
Ph.D. degrees obtained from foreign universities ranked among the top 500 globally (QS / THE / ARWU rankings) are also acceptable.

Application Fee Structure :
General / OBC : ₹1000/-.
DSC / OSC / BCA / BCB / EWS / ESM (Haryana) : ₹250/-.
Women candidates (Haryana domicile) : 50% of applicable fee.
PwBD (Haryana) : No fee (exempted).

Age Limit :
Minimum age: 18 years.
Maximum age: 55 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per Haryana Government rules.
Additional relaxation benefits ;;
5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates of Haryana.
Additional 5% relaxation for eligible Ph.D. holders as per UGC norms.

Pay Scale :
Fixed monthly remuneration: ₹57,700/-.

Selection Process :
The recruitment process will include the following stages ;
Scrutiny of applications.
Written examination (minimum qualifying marks: 50% for General, 47.5% for reserved categories).
Shortlisting based on academic and exam performance.
Final interview round.
