Recruitment for Stenographer Grade-3 (English & Gujarati) :
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of English Stenographer Grade-3 and Gujarati Stenographer Grade-3. Interested applicants must fulfill the educational qualifications, language proficiency, and age criteria as outlined below.

Educational Qualification :
A Bachelor’s Degree from a University established under a Central or State Act, or from any institution recognized as a deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Essential Requirements :
Basic knowledge of computer applications as prescribed under the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Salary Details :
₹26,000 per month (Fixed) for the first five years.
₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-4 Pay Scale) after completion of five years, as per government norms.

Age Limit (As on 06-03-2026) :
Minimum: 20 years.
Maximum: 40 years.

Age Relaxation :
Women: 5 years
Reserved Category: 5 years
Reserved Women: 10 years
PH (General): 10 years
PH (General Women): 15 years
PH (Reserved): 15 years
PH (Reserved Women): 20 years
Ex-Servicemen: Length of service plus 3 years
