Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on 19 May 2026, and qualifications must be from recognized institutions.

Required Educational Qualification :
General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Manager : Bachelor’s Degree + Full-time MBA / PGDM.
Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Technology.
Deputy Executive Engineer (Mechanical) : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology.

Work Experience Requirement :
General Manager: As per detailed official notification.
Deputy General Manager: Minimum 5 years relevant experience required.
Manager / Deputy Executive Engineer: Experience requirement as per post specification.

Certain posts may not require prior experience unless mentioned in the notification.

Age Criteria :
General Manager: 47 years.
Deputy General Manager : 42 years.
Manager / Deputy Executive Engineer : 35 years.

Age Relaxation :
Unreserved category: 5 years.
Ex-Servicemen / Officers: 5 years.
Persons with Disability: Up to 10 years.

Selection Method :
The recruitment process includes ;
Preliminary Examination (300 Marks).
General Studies: 100 marks.
Subject-specific Paper: 200 marks.
Duration: 3 hours.
Interview (100 Marks).
Final Selection Criteria ;
50% weightage: Preliminary Exam.
50% weightage: Interview.
No mains examination is conducted.
Final result is declared within 10 working days after the interview process.
