Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications, experience requirements, and domain-specific competencies for each post. Relevant industry exposure will be considered essential for shortlisting.

DGM – Product Development (PD) :
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Technical Textiles / Polymer Science / Materials Science or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Desirable: Master’s/Ph.D. in relevant discipline with experience in ballistic protection systems, NBC suits, protective fabrics, or smart textiles.

DGM – Research & Development (R&D) :
Qualification: Retired Technical Officer ‘A’ / Scientist ‘D’ from DRDO / NIFT / CSIR or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 15 years in relevant R&D field.

Sr. Manager – Quality Control (QC) :
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality assurance or quality systems implementation.
Desirable: Certifications in QMS, Six Sigma, or Lead Auditor programs.

Sr. Manager – Information Technology (IT) :
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Skills: Database management, SQL, programming, web-based reporting, dashboard development, website development, software methodologies, and Linux OS.

Sr. Manager – Marketing (International) :
Qualification: Engineering degree + MBA in Marketing / International Business.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or business development.
Desirable: Experience in defence sector marketing, government tenders, institutional sales, strategic partnerships, and international business operations.

Company Secretary :
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification in compliance/legal/corporate governance roles.
Desirable: LLB qualification and experience in public sector organizations with knowledge of DPE guidelines.

Application Fee :
All candidates: ₹500 (non-refundable).
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen: Exempted.

Age Limit :
DGM – PD & R&D: Up to 65 years.
Sr. Manager roles & Company Secretary: Up to 50 years.

Salary Structure :
DGM – PD: ₹14,40,000 per annum (CTC).
DGM – R&D: ₹9,00,000 (Last Basic Pay + Pension excluding DA).
Sr. Manager (QC / IT): ₹9,00,000 (Last Basic Pay + Pension excluding DA).
Sr. Manager – Marketing (International): ₹12,00,000 (Last Basic Pay + Pension excluding DA).
Company Secretary: Not specified.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through one or more of the following stages, as decided by the organization ;
Written test and/or personal interview.
Evaluation of application and supporting documents.
Assessment of qualifications, experience, achievements, and positions held.
Final merit based on ;
50% weightage: Qualification & Experience.
50% weightage: Interview performance.
Final recommendation of the selection committee will be binding.
