Eligibility Criteria :

Doctor (Full-Time) :
Must possess MBBS degree and valid registration with the Medical Council/Commission.
Required to complete training conducted by MOSJE/NISD within three months of joining IRCA.

Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor :
Graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in managing similar rehabilitation or counseling centres.
Candidates with proven ability to independently run such centres and working knowledge of computers may also apply.

Counselor / Social Worker / Psychologist :
Graduate in Social Sciences, preferably Social Work or Psychology.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language.
Preference will be given to candidates with certified training in de-addiction counselling from a recognized institution.

Peer Educator :
Must be literate.
Should be a former drug user with at least 1–2 years of sustained sobriety.
Must be willing to work closely with drug-using populations.
Should possess good communication skills and commit to abstaining from drug use and related activities.

Ward Boy :
Minimum qualification: Class 8 pass.
Prior experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or de-addiction centres will be preferred.

Yoga Therapist / Dance / Music / Art Teacher :
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the respective field of specialization.

Chowkidar :
Minimum qualification: 5th pass or equivalent.
Must be either an ex-serviceman or trained in Civil Defence/Home Guard services.
Should be able to ride a bicycle. (Only male candidates eligible)

Housekeeping Staff :
Minimum qualification: 5th pass or equivalent.

Age Limit :
Maximum age: 42 years.
Age relaxation ;
SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years.
Ex-servicemen: 3 years plus length of service.
Persons with Disabilities: 10 years.
Maximum permissible age after relaxation: 52 years.

Salary Structure (Monthly Pay) :
Doctor (Full-Time): ₹60,000.
Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor: ₹25,000.
Counselor / Social Worker / Psychologist: ₹17,500.
Peer Educator: ₹10,000.
Ward Boy: ₹13,000.
Yoga / Dance / Music / Art Teacher: ₹5,000.
Chowkidar: ₹9,000.
Housekeeping Staff: ₹9,000.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be based on a Merit-cum-Roster system ;
75% weightage to marks obtained in qualifying examination.
Up to 10% marks for relevant work experience.
Up to 15% weightage for contract/outsourcing service experience.
