Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications, experience, and skill sets as prescribed for each post. All eligibility conditions must be satisfied as on the date of notification.

Post-wise Eligibility :

Doctor (Full Time) :
MBBS degree with valid registration under the Medical Council/Medical Commission. Selected candidates must undergo training arranged by MOSJE/NISD within three months of joining IRCA.

Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counsellor :
Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in managing similar rehabilitation or support centres, or proven capability in handling such facilities. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Ward Boy :
Minimum qualification of Class 8 pass with prior experience in hospitals, healthcare centres, or de-addiction facilities preferred.

Counsellor :
Graduate in Social Sciences, preferably Social Work or Psychology, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and one regional language. Certification in de-addiction counselling from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.

Peer Educator :
Must be literate and preferably an ex-drug user with 1–2 years of sustained recovery, willing to work in community outreach and possess good communication skills.

Cook :
Must be able to read and write in Telugu.

Chowkidar :
Must have passed Class 8 and should be able to ride a bicycle.

Housekeeping Staff :
Must be able to read and write in Telugu.

Yoga Therapist / Dance / Music / Art Teacher :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the respective discipline.

Physically Challenged Exempted.

Age Limit :
Maximum age limit: 42 years.
Age relaxation as per Government norms ;
SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years.
Ex-servicemen: 3 years.
Persons with disabilities: 10 years.
Maximum age after relaxation: 52 years.

Salary / Pay Scale
Doctor (Full Time) : ₹60,000/-.
Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counsellor : ₹25,000/-.
Ward Boy : ₹13,000/-.
Counsellor : ₹17,500/-.
Peer Educator : ₹10,000/-.
Cook : ₹10,000/-.
Chowkidar : ₹9,000/-.
Housekeeping Staff : ₹9,000/-.
Yoga / Dance / Music / Art Teacher : ₹5,000/-.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out on the basis of a merit-cum-reservation system, evaluated through the following criteria ;
Weightage for academic performance in qualifying examination (75 marks).
Weightage for relevant work experience (government/contract/outsourced service).
Weightage based on number of years since completion of qualification.
Final selection will be based on overall merit ranking as per the prescribed criteria.
