Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must fulfill specific job-related technical qualifications along with mandatory physical ability requirements to be considered for selection.

Motor Launch Driver :
Applicants must hold a minimum 2nd Class Launch Driving License issued by the Directorate of Ports and Inland Water Transport, Odisha.
In addition, candidates should be capable of swimming 200 meters within 20 minutes in natural water conditions such as rivers, canals, or other flowing water bodies.
Preference may be given to candidates with prior experience in SPEO (State Port Engineering Organization).
Boat Khalasi:
Candidates must possess a Navik Training Certificate issued by a recognized Navik Training Institute.
They must also demonstrate the ability to swim 200 meters in 20 minutes in flowing water environments such as rivers or canals.

Age Limit Information :
The official notification does not specify exact age limits. However, eligible candidates will be considered under applicable government-prescribed age relaxation norms.

Pay Scale Details :
Selected candidates will receive fixed monthly remuneration as follows ;
Motor Launch Driver: ₹13,900 per month.
Boat Khalasi: ₹12,600 per month.

Selection will be carried out through a Skill Test.
Final merit will depend entirely on performance in the practical assessment.
