Only Indian nationals are eligible. According to business requirements, candidates must be medically fit.
A bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field (chemical, petrochemical, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, etc.) with at least 65% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD is required.
Passing Year: Applicants must be in their last year (2025–2026) or have finished their degree in 2025.
GATE Requirement: It is necessary to register and appear in GATE-2026 in the appropriate papers (CH, IN, EE, and ME).
Course Type: Full-time regular courses from AICTE-approved or UGC-recognized Indian universities or deemed universities.

Executive Trainee (Chemical) Salary/Stipend: Rs. 60,000–1,80,000
Instrumentation Executive Trainee: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000
Electrical Executive Trainee: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000
Mechanical Executive Trainee: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000
