Eligibility Details :

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold an MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India and have at least one year of post-internship experience in General Medicine or Surgery at a reputed hospital or nursing home.

Additionally, applicants should meet one of the following requirements:

Possess a Diploma in Industrial Health or an equivalent Postgraduate Certificate in Industrial Health recognized by the Central or State Government, or

Have a minimum of three years of experience in occupational safety and health related activities involving workers in sectors such as mines, ports, docks, factories, or construction sites, including policy implementation, advisory services, and safety management.

Salary and Benefits :
Consolidated Monthly Pay: ₹1,04,000.
Annual Increment: ₹3,100 per month after completion of one year, subject to extension of service.
OPD Allowance: ₹1,000 per month.

Additional Benefits:
Family Floater Health Insurance: ₹5 lakh coverage for self, spouse, and two dependents.
Personal Accident Insurance: ₹12 lakh coverage.
Local Travel Allowance: ₹14 per km for commuting from residence.
Leave Entitlement: 12 Casual Leaves and 12 Paid Leaves per year, along with compensatory off for additional duties. Paid leave can be carried forward, while casual leave cannot be accumulated.

Tenure :
The appointment is full-time on a temporary tenure basis for an initial period of up to one year. Based on performance, the contract may be extended annually, with the maximum tenure limited to three years.
