Eligibility Criteria :

Junior Lab Assistant (All Schools) :
Footwear Design & Production: Minimum qualification of 8th pass (10th pass preferred).
Fashion Design: Minimum qualification of 8th pass (10th pass preferred).
Leather Goods & Accessories Design: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher.

Junior Faculty – Footwear Design & Production :
Candidates should have either ;
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (minimum 55%) in any discipline along with a 1-year diploma in footwear/design/product-related fields, OR
A degree in Footwear Technology or related design specializations with required minimum marks.

Junior Faculty – Leather Goods & Accessories Design :
Eligibility includes ;
A Master’s degree (2 years duration) or PG Diploma (2 years) in Design or related fields, OR
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with relevant design diploma background,
with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution.

Junior Faculty – Retail Operations :
Master’s degree or 2-year PG Diploma in relevant specialization.
Minimum 55% marks required.
At least 3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience.

Junior Faculty – Fashion Merchandise :
Master’s degree (minimum 2 years after graduation) or 2-year PG Diploma.
Specializations include: Management, Marketing, Finance, Retail, HR, International Business, or Fashion Merchandise.
Minimum 55% marks required.

Application Fee :
General / OBC : Nil.
SC / ST : Nil.

Age Limit :
Maximum age allowed: 35 years for all posts.
Age relaxation will apply as per government rules.

Salary Details :
Junior Lab Assistant : ₹30,000 per month.
Junior Faculty Posts : ₹50,000 per month.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through ;
Personal interview round.
Evaluation of academic qualifications and experience.
Final merit based on interview performance.
