ESIC Panel Advocate Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Conditions :
Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of active practice at the Bar.
Prior experience in conducting and defending Labour Law matters.
Sound knowledge of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, associated Labour Legislations, and applicable Codes.
The applicant must not be appearing in any case against ESIC during the period of empanelment.
Age should preferably be below 65 years at the time of engagement.

Age Criteria :
Preferred upper age limit: 65 years.
No specific provision for age relaxation has been indicated.

Fee Structure :
High Court Cases: ₹25,000/- consolidated per case.
ESI Courts / Magistrate Courts / District Consumer Forum Cases: ₹5,000/- consolidated per case.

Payment Terms:
50% upon completion of pleadings or filing of written statement.
Remaining 50% after conclusion of arguments and delivery of judgment.
Court Fees and incidental expenses: Reimbursable on actual basis as per norms.
