Interview Schedule and Venue :
Date : 08/06/2026.
Reporting Time : 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Venue : Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, NH-3, NIT, Faridabad – 121001 (Haryana).

Eligibility :

Senior Resident (All Specialties) :
Candidates must satisfy the minimum qualification criteria prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI) ;
MBBS degree along with MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty.
Degrees must be obtained from a recognized institution.
All academic credentials including mark sheets, attempt certificates, and degree certificates must be produced.
Valid and updated registration with NMC or State Medical Council is mandatory, including post-graduate qualifications.
If updated registration is not available at the time of interview, candidates must provide proof of application. However, the updated certificate must be submitted before joining if selected.

Non-PG Resident (ICU – Subject to PG Vacancy Non-Availability) :
MBBS qualification without postgraduate degree.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in ICU / Emergency / Casualty / General Medicine / Anesthesia.
Experience must be from a recognized hospital setup (clinic experience will not be considered).
Appointment will be purely temporary for a period of 1 year on contract basis.

Age Criteria :
Upper age limit: 45 years as on 08.06.2026.
Relaxation in age is applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS and PwD categories.

Application Fee :
SC / ST / Female / PwD / ESIC employees: No fee.
Other candidates: ₹500/-.
Payment must be made through Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1”, payable at Faridabad. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Security Deposit :
Senior Resident: ₹20,000.
Non-PG Resident: ₹20,000.
The security deposit is payable via Demand Draft at the time of joining. It will be refunded after successful completion of the contract period and submission of No Dues Certificate. Early resignation may lead to forfeiture of the deposit.

Pay and Emoluments :
Senior Resident ;
Consolidated salary: ₹1,48,669 per month.
Non-PG Resident (ICU) ;
Consolidated salary: ₹1,23,196 per month.
Additional conditions ;
Accommodation may be provided subject to availability.
If accommodation is availed, HRA will not be applicable.
No additional benefits such as PF, pension, gratuity, or medical allowances are provided.

Selection Methodology :
Stage 1: Document Verification ;
Candidates must appear in person at the designated venue with ;
Duly filled application form.
Original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
Valid identity proof and registration certificates.
Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will be allowed to proceed to the interview stage.
Stage 2: Interview ;
Final selection will be based on ;
Academic qualifications.
Relevant work experience.
Performance in the interview conducted by the selection committee.
No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the process.

Aadhaar card or valid ID proof.
Recent passport-size photographs.
NOC/relieving letter from current employer (if applicable).

Important Instructions :
The recruitment is provisional and subject to change based on institutional requirements.
Candidates must ensure eligibility and updated registration before attending.
Private practice is strictly prohibited after appointment.
Contract tenure is initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
Unauthorized absence may result in termination of service.
Resignation requires one-month notice or equivalent salary deposit.
Final engagement is subject to verification and approval.
