Eligibility Criteria :
All eligibility conditions such as age, qualification, experience, and marks will be considered as on the cut-off date 30.04.2026. Only full-time regular courses are valid (except CA/CMA/CS). Candidates must ensure that qualifications are completed within the prescribed duration. Exact percentage of marks (up to two decimal places) must be provided without rounding off.

Senior Management Positions :

Senior Manager (Projects) : B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with 65% marks + 12 years experience.

Senior Manager (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with 65% marks + 12 years experience.

Manager Level :

Manager (HR) : MBA (HR/Personnel) or PG Diploma/Degree in HR/IR/Labour Welfare or MSW (HR specialization) with 65% marks + 8 years experience.

Engineer Level :

Engineer (Projects / Civil / Chemical / SCM / Admin & Estate): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant discipline with 65% marks + 1 year experience.

Draftsman Posts :

Jr. Draftsman Gr-I (Various Trades): Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (3-year course) with 65% marks + 5 years experience.

Jr. Draftsman Gr-II (Piping): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3-year course) with 65% marks + 1 year experience.

Junior Assistant Posts :

Junior Assistant Gr-III (HR): Full-time BBA with 60% marks; HR-related PG Diploma preferred + 1 year experience.

Junior Assistant Gr-III (Hospitality): Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality with 60% marks + 1 year experience.

Salary Structure :
The compensation includes basic pay, DA, HRA, perks, allowances, leave encashment, and retirement benefits.
Senior Manager: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 (CTC approx. ₹30.29 LPA).
Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (CTC approx. ₹26.80 LPA).
Engineer: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (CTC approx. ₹20.12 LPA).
Jr. Draftsman Gr-I: ₹26,500 – ₹1,15,000 (CTC approx. ₹8.71 LPA).
Jr. Draftsman Gr-II: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 (CTC approx. ₹8.23 LPA).

Age Criteria :
Upper Age Limit (Post-wise).
Senior Manager: 40 years.
Manager: 36 years.
Engineers: 28 years
Jr. Draftsman Gr-I/II: 30 years
Junior Assistant Gr-III: 30 years.
Relaxation ;
SC/ST: 5 years.
OBC (NCL): 3 years.
PwD: 10 years additional.
Ex-Servicemen & Departmental candidates: As per rules.

Selection Process :
Selection will be based on ;
Shortlisting based on eligibility and merit.
Interview for Manager/Engineer posts.
Skill Test for Draftsman & Junior Assistant posts.
Final selection after document verification.
