Officer In Charge – Polyclinic :

Qualification & Experience :
Applicants must be graduates from a recognized university. The position requires at least five years of professional experience in healthcare institutions or in administrative/managerial roles, ensuring the candidate can effectively manage operations and coordinate services within the polyclinic.

Age Criteria :
Upper Age Limit: 65 years.

Tenure Guidelines:
An individual may serve for a maximum of five years in total across various ECHS Polyclinics. However, appointment at a single polyclinic is restricted to two years, with continuation into the second year subject to satisfactory performance.

Remuneration :
Selected candidates may choose between the following pay options:
₹95,000 per month as a fixed consolidated salary, or
A salary determined by subtracting the basic pension from the last pay drawn at the time of retirement.
