Eligibility Criteria :

Officer In Charge (OIC) :
Must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline.
Requires minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare institutions.
Experience must be in administrative or managerial roles.

Dental Assistant / Technician / Hygienist :
Must hold Diploma in Dental Hygiene OR Class-1 DH OR DORA course (Armed Forces).
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory or similar setup.

Pharmacist :
Must meet one of the following qualifications ;
B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR
10+2 (Science stream: Physics, Chemistry, Biology) + Diploma in Pharmacy.
Must be registered under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Must have minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Pharmacist.

DEO / Clerk :
Must be a Graduate OR hold Class-1 Clerical trade (Armed Forces personnel).
Must have minimum 5 years of clerical/data entry experience.

Driver :
Must have passed Class 8th OR hold MT Driver trade (Armed Forces).
Must possess a valid civilian driving license.
Must have at least 5 years of driving experience.

Peon :
Must have passed minimum Class 8th OR GD trade (Armed Forces).
Must have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Chowkidar :
Must be at least Class 8th pass OR GD trade (Armed Forces personnel).
No specific experience requirement mentioned.

Safaiwala :
Must be literate (able to read and write).
Must have minimum 5 years of work experience in similar duties.

Salary Structure :
Salary is fixed per post and not negotiable or grade-based.
Monthly Pay Scale ;
Officer In Charge (OIC): ₹95,000.
Dental Assistant / Technician / Hygienist: ₹36,500.
DEO / Clerk: ₹29,200.
Driver: ₹25,600.
Peon: ₹21,800.

Selection Process :
Selection is conducted through direct interview only.
There is no written examination stage.
Final selection is based on ;
Eligibility verification.
Assessment during interview.
Document scrutiny.
