Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility criteria differ according to the post applied for.
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification and relevant work experience.
The required qualifications and experience for each post are given below.

OIC Polyclinic :
Graduate from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in ;
Health Care Institutions, or
Managerial positions.

Medical Specialist :
MD/MS in the concerned specialty, or
DNB in the concerned specialty.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty after post-graduation.

Medical Officer :
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of work experience after internship.
Additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery is desirable.

IT Network Technician :
Diploma or Certificate equivalent in IT Networking or Computer Applications.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Laboratory Technician :
B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, or
10+2 with Science and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Laboratory.

Dental Hygienist / Dental Assistant :
Diploma in Dental Hygienist, Class-1 DH, or DORA Course (Armed Forces).
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Dental Laboratory.

Nursing Assistant :
GNM Diploma or Class-1 Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces).
Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Pharmacist :
B.Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy.
Working knowledge of computers.
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Minimum 3 years of work experience.

DEO/CIK :
Graduate or Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces).
Minimum 5 years of work experience.

CIK :
Graduate or Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces).
Minimum 5 years of work experience.

DEO :
Graduate or Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces).
Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Driver :
Passed Class 8.
MT Driver qualification from Armed Forces.
Valid Civil Driving License.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Driver.

Female Attendant :
Must be literate.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Civil or Army Health Institutions.

Salary / Stipend :
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration.
Salary varies depending on the post.
OIC Polyclinic: Rs. 95,000/- per month.
Medical Specialist: Rs. 1,30,000/- per month.
Medical Officer: Rs. 95,000/- per month.
IT Network Technician: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
Laboratory Technician: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
Dental Hygienist / Dental Assistant: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
Nursing Assistant: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
Pharmacist: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
DEO/CIK: Rs. 29,200/- per month.
CIK: Rs. 25,600/- per month.
DEO: Rs. 21,800/- per month.
Driver: Rs. 25,600/- per month.
Female Attendant: Rs. 21,800/- per month,

Selection Process :
Selection will be conducted through an interview process.
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may be shortlisted for the interview.
Final selection will be based on interview performance and document verification.
