Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants for the position of Member in the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority must have substantial professional expertise along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in one or more of the following domains:
Urban Development.
Housing.
Real Estate Development.
Infrastructure.
Economics.
Planning.
Law.
Commerce.
Accountancy.
Industry.
Management.
Social Service.
Public Administration / Public Affairs.
Relevant Technical Fields.

Candidates who are currently serving or have previously served in the State Government will be eligible only if they have held the position of Secretary to the State Government or an equivalent rank in either the State or Central Government.

Age Limit & Tenure :
The maximum age limit is 65 years.
The appointment shall be for a maximum tenure of 5 years from the date of assumption of office.
