Eligibility Criteria :

Deputy Director Posts (TI/Prevention, ICTC/BSD, Laboratory Services) :
Postgraduate degree or PG Diploma in Social Sciences / Public Health / Healthcare Administration or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in public health or development sector programmes, preferably in HIV/AIDS-related interventions at State/National level.
Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or community-based organizations is required.

Assistant Director Posts (ICTC/BSD, TI/Prevention, SI, IEC, Documentation, YA) :
Master’s / PG Diploma in Social Sciences / Public Health / Healthcare Administration or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in health or development programmes, preferably in HIV/AIDS-related work.
Experience in coordination with government or community health programmes is desirable.

Laboratory Technician / Lab Technician :
B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BMLS) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/DMLS).
Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience (mandatory for higher qualifications such as M.Sc./B.Tech).
Preference for candidates with experience in accredited diagnostic laboratories.

Counsellor :
Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 3 years of counselling experience under National Health Programmes
OR
Postgraduate degree in any of the above disciplines.
Experience in NACP / HIV/AIDS counselling or community health services will be preferred.

Technical Officer :
B.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences OR B.Tech in Biotechnology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostic laboratory services (for relevant qualifications).
Experience in quality-assured or accredited laboratories is preferred.

Clinical Services Officer :
Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Allied Health Sciences OR Master’s in Public Health / Healthcare Administration / Social Sciences / Epidemiology / Statistics / Population Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles in health programmes.

Data Monitoring & Documentation Officer :
Master’s degree in Public Health / Healthcare Management / Social Sciences / Epidemiology / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Population Sciences or related disciplines.
At least 1 year of experience in health or development sector projects.

Cluster Prevention Officer :
Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Public Health / Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience, including 2 years in supervisory or programmatic roles in health sector programmes.

Medical Officer :
MBBS degree with valid registration from State Medical Council / NMC.
Minimum 6 months of relevant clinical experience required.

Staff Nurse :
ANM / Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS or public health programmes.

Age Limit (Overview) :
Most posts: up to 62 years.
Clinical Services Officer, Data Monitoring Officer, Cluster Prevention Officer: up to 45 years.
Medical Officer: up to 65 years.
Assistant Director YA: up to 25 years.

Salary Range :
₹21,000/- to ₹72,000/- per month (post-wise variation).

Written Test.
Personal Interview.
