Eligibility Criteria :

Junior Research Fellow – Electronics Engineering :
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering with First Division from a UGC-recognized university and valid NET/GATE qualification,
OR
M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Engineering with First Division at both UG and PG level.

Junior Research Fellow – Physics :
M.Sc. in Physics with First Division and valid NET/GATE qualification,
OR
M.E./M.Tech in Physics with First Division at both UG and PG level.

Junior Research Fellow – Computer Science :
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science with First Division and valid NET/GATE qualification,
OR
M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science with First Division at both UG and PG level.

Junior Research Fellow – Mechanical Engineering :
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Division and valid NET/GATE qualification,
OR
M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Division at both UG and PG level.

Application Fee :
General / OBC : ₹10/-.
SC / ST : Nil.

Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 28 years.
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.

Salary :
₹37,000 per month + admissible House Rent Allowance.

Selection Process :
Screening of applications by a committee.
Shortlisting based on GATE score and academic performance.
Interview.
