Eligibility Criteria :

Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical Engineering) :
Must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree with First Division from a recognized University along with a valid GATE score; OR
Must possess an M.E./M.Tech degree with First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions prescribed in the official notification.

Junior Research Fellow (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) :
Must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree with First Division from a recognized University along with a valid GATE score; OR
Must possess an M.E./M.Tech degree with First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility requirements mentioned in the official notification.

Junior Research Fellow (Electronics and Communication Engineering) :
Must possess an M.E./M.Tech degree with First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels; OR
Must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree with First Division from a recognized University along with a valid GATE score.
Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.

Junior Research Fellow (Computer Science Engineering) :
Must possess an M.E./M.Tech degree with First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels; OR
Must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree with First Division from a recognized University along with a valid GATE score.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions specified in the official notification.

Age Limit :
The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years.
OBC candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of 3 years.
SC/ST candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of 5 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.

Salary :
All selected Junior Research Fellows will receive a stipend of Rs. 37,000/- per month along with House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Salary and other benefits will be governed by the rules of DRDO and CVRDE.

Selection Process :
Selection will be conducted through a Written Test.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview.
Final selection will be subject to verification of eligibility and documents.
