Eligibility Requirements :
Applicants must have passed the qualifying degree in 2023 or later. The qualification must be ;
Obtained through full-time regular mode.
From a recognized university/institution.
Secured with First Division.

Additional Preference :
Candidates with valid GATE/NET scores (2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026) will be preferred.
In case of equal scores, merit will be decided based on marks obtained in the qualifying degree.
Candidates who have previously worked as trainees in DPCC are not eligible for re-engagement.

Educational Qualification :

Technical Trainee :
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (First Division, completed in 2023 or later).
Eligible Branches ;
Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, Biomedical Engineering, Water Resources, Remote Sensing, GIS, Hydrology, or equivalent disciplines.

Scientific Trainee :
M.Sc. in relevant science discipline (First Division, completed in 2023 or later).
Eligible Fields ;
Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Toxicology, or related subjects.

Stipend Details :
1st Year : ₹25,000.
2nd Year : ₹26,500.
3rd Year : ₹28,000.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be carried out in the following order ;
Merit based on GATE/NET scores (2023 onwards).
If required, merit based on marks in qualifying examination (2023 onwards).
A panel of shortlisted candidates will remain valid for one year from the date of publication of results.

Engagement Terms :
Initial engagement: 6 months.
Extendable in multiple 6-month terms up to a maximum of 3 years.
A one-day break will be given between extensions.
No claim for permanent employment.
Engagement may be modified or cancelled at any stage by DPCC without notice.

Upload required documents such as ;
GATE/NET scorecard (if applicable).
Qualifying degree mark sheet (2023 or later).
Caste certificate (if applicable).
Submit the form within the prescribed deadline (21 days from advertisement date).

Important Instructions :
Only online applications are accepted.
Qualification must be completed in 2023 or later with First Division.
Candidates not meeting eligibility will be rejected.
Reservation rules apply as per government norms.
Previous DPCC trainees are not eligible for re-appointment.
Applications submitted through any other mode will not be considered.
