Eligibility Criteria :

Senior Project Officer – Health & Nutrition :
Candidates should possess a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (PGDM/MBA) in Health, Development Studies, or other relevant disciplines from a reputed national or international institution.
Applicants must have at least 7 years of professional experience in the health sector. Preference will be given to those with experience in Government or International Organizations. Out of the total experience, a minimum of 3 years should be in DMF-PMU roles.

Senior Project Officer – Livelihood and Skill Development :
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent (PGDM) in Management, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or Development Studies from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of social development, livelihood, or agriculture programs is required. Candidates should also have strong exposure to database management, data analysis, documentation, and MIS in large-scale government or public sector projects. At least 3 years of experience should be in DMFT-PMU.

Project Officer – Finance :
Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management in Government, Development Sector, or NGO organizations is required. Knowledge of Government of Jharkhand financial procedures is essential. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or equivalent is mandatory. Out of the total experience, at least 3 years should be in DMFT-PMU.

Project Officer – IT & Data Analytics :
Applicants must hold MCA or B.Tech in IT/Computer Science from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS development, dashboard creation, and IT system management is required. Candidates should have sound knowledge of data management systems and familiarity with AI-based applications.

Project Officer – Engineer :
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning, design, estimation, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects is required. Strong proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD is essential. Candidates should also have expertise in 2D/3D design, MEP integration, and visualization software including SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and V-Ray. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, zoning laws, environmental standards, and safety norms is expected.

Data Entry Operator :
Applicants should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or MIS support roles is required. Candidates must possess excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Hindi and English, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic MIS applications.
