Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must be Law Graduates from a recognized university with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing advocate.
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of ;
Land acquisition matters.
Arbitration cases.
Civil and criminal court procedures.
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

Age Limit :
The maximum age limit is 45 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Maharashtra rules.

Salary / Stipend :
₹50,000 per month (fixed remuneration)
