District and Sessions Judge Yamuna Nagar Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must have passed the Middle Standard (Class 8th) examination from a recognized educational board. In addition, applicants should possess working knowledge of Hindi and/or Punjabi language to be considered eligible for appointment.

Age Limit :
Applicants must be between 18 and 42 years of age as on the closing date of application submission.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit ;
Age relaxation is applicable as per Haryana Government rules ;
Scheduled Castes: 5 years.
Backward Classes: 5 years.
Persons with Disabilities: 10 years (with additional relaxation up to prescribed limits).
Ex-servicemen: service period + 3 years.
Unmarried women: 5 years.
Widowed, divorced, or judicially separated women: 5 years.
Spouses of disabled military personnel: 5 years.
Haryana Govt. contractual/adhoc/daily wage employees: relaxation equal to completed years of service, subject to a maximum age of 52 years.

Application Fee :
No application fee is required for any category of applicants.

Remuneration :
Selected candidates will be paid a fixed consolidated salary of ₹16,900 per month. The appointment will initially be for a period of six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever occurs earlier.

Selection Process :
Selection will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment Rules (as amended), Rule 7, 1997.
The selection will be carried out through personal interview only.
Final merit will be prepared based on interview performance and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
