Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility requirements vary by post. Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification from recognized institutions and meet the skill/training requirements wherever specified.

Mid-Level Health Provider : GNM Diploma or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
Multi Purpose Hospital Worker: Minimum qualification of 8th standard with basic literacy (reading and writing ability).

Audiologist & Speech Therapist : Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP).

Occupational Therapist : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.

Audiometrician : 10+2 (Science stream) with one-year Audiometry certificate OR DHLS Diploma from a recognized institute.

Radiographer : B.Sc in Radiography.

OT Assistant : Completion of a 3-month OT Technician training course from a recognized institution.

ANM : ANM qualification from a recognized Government or Indian Nursing Council–approved institution.

Age Limit :
The upper age limit varies according to the post ;
ANM: 35 years.
Audiologist & Speech Therapist: 35 years.
Occupational Therapist: 40 years.
Audiometrician: 35 years.
Radiographer: 35 years.
OT Assistant: 35 years.
Mid-Level Health Provider: 50 years.
Multi Purpose Hospital Worker: 45 years.

Salary Structure :
Monthly consolidated pay is fixed based on the post ;
Mid-Level Health Provider: ₹21,000.
Multi Purpose Hospital Worker: ₹11,000.
Audiologist & Speech Therapist: ₹32,000.
Occupational Therapist: ₹23,000.
Audiometrician: ₹20,000.
Radiographer: ₹17,000.
OT Assistant: ₹15,000.
ANM: ₹17,500.

Selection Method :
Selection will be carried out through ;
Verification of original documents.
Final engagement will be based on eligibility compliance and document validation.
