Posts & Eligibility Details :

OST Counselor :
Qualification:
Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 3 years’ experience in National Health Programmes
OR
Postgraduate degree in the above disciplines.
For PLHIV Candidates:
Graduate in relevant disciplines with 1 year experience in Nursing / Counselling / Development / Education under National Health Programmes.
Desirable:
Experience under National AIDS Control Programme (NACP).
Working knowledge of MS Office

Lab Technician (ART) :
Qualification:
B.Sc. MLT / BMLT
OR
Diploma in MLT / DMLS (minimum 2-year recognized course).
Experience:
1 year (Degree holders).
2 years (Diploma holders).
Preference will be given to candidates engaged with HIV-affected and key communities.

Pharmacist (ART) :
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
Registration with State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
Experience:
3 years for Diploma holders.
Desirable: Knowledge of MS Office and experience working with affected communities.

ART Care Coordinator :
Qualification:
PLHIV candidate with 10+2 qualification.
Essential:
Knowledge of English and local language.
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of internet and email operations.

ICTC Counselor (Barwala) :
Qualification:
Graduate in relevant disciplines with 3 years’ experience in National Health Programmes
OR
Postgraduate degree in relevant field

Age Criteria :
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 42 years
Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per Haryana Government norms.

Monthly Remuneration :
OST Counselor : ₹21,000/-
Lab Technician (ART) : ₹21,000/-
Pharmacist (ART) : ₹21,000/-
ART Care Coordinator : ₹18,000/-
ICTC Counselor (Barwala) : ₹21,000/-

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be based on:
Academic Qualifications (30% weightage).
Relevant Experience (10% weightage).
Local Area Preference (10% weightage).
