Technician (Diesel) :
Applicants must have successfully completed Matriculation or an equivalent qualification. They should have undergone apprenticeship training for a minimum of four years in a reputed organization or a Central/State Government establishment. In addition, candidates must possess at least two years of practical experience in handling the installation, servicing, maintenance, and overhauling of Diesel Generator Sets, Air Compressors, Battery Chargers, and related equipment.
Navigational Assistant Grade-III :
Candidates should meet either of the following criteria:
Hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution along with two years of relevant practical experience in installation and maintenance of Diesel Generator Sets, Air Compressors, Battery Chargers, etc.
OR
Possess a Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics from an institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
Age Requirements :
Technician (Diesel): Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Navigational Assistant Grade-III: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years.
Pay Scale :
Technician (Diesel): Level-05 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
Navigational Assistant Grade-III: Level-02 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
