Eligibility Criteria :
Joint Director (General Cadre) :
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution along with at least 10 years of executive or administrative experience in organizations engaged in the sugar sector or allied industries.
Deputy Director (General Cadre) :
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sugar or food control, sugar trade, or related functions such as marketing, movement, grading, or handling of sugar within government organizations or the sugar industry.
Age Limit :
The upper age limit for all posts is 56 years. Relaxation in age, wherever applicable, will be provided in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations.
Selection Process :
The selection will be carried out through a structured administrative procedure, which includes ;
Composite method of recruitment (promotion / deputation including short-term contract).
Scrutiny of bio-data and Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs).
Final approval and selection by the competent authority.
