Walk-in Interview : 19/06/2026 to 20/06/2026.

Eligibility Criteria :

Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialist :
Applicants must possess a PG Degree, DNB, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty.
The qualification should be recognized under Schedule I & II of the MCI Act, 1956.
Candidates must have valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council.

Civil Assistant Surgeon (General) :
Candidates should have completed MBBS from a recognized institution.
Applicants are required to have a valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council.

Age Limit :
The maximum age limit prescribed for the recruitment is 42 years.
Age will be calculated as on 01 June 2026.
Age Relaxation ;
SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of 5 years.
Ex-servicemen are entitled to an age relaxation of 3 years as per Government rules.
Differently abled persons can avail an age relaxation of 10 years.
The upper age limit after availing all applicable relaxations shall not exceed 52 years.

Salary / Stipend :
Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists ;
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 1,10,000/-.
Civil Assistant Surgeon General ;
Selected candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 61,960/-.

Selection Process :
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of merit and the Rule of Reservation.
A merit list will be prepared for all eligible candidates who satisfy the prescribed conditions.
Final selection will be carried out according to the reservation policy applicable to Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services.
Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be considered for appointment after successful document verification.

Walk-In Procedure :
Read the official notification carefully before attending the walk-in recruitment.
Ensure that all eligibility requirements are fulfilled before appearing for the interview.
Report to the venue within the reporting time specified in the notification.
Carry all original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification.
Required documents include identity proof, educational certificates, experience certificates (if applicable), and category certificates (if applicable).
Bring the duly filled application form if submission of the form is required.
Keep a few recent passport-size photographs ready for use during the recruitment process.
Reach the venue well in advance to complete registration and document verification formalities smoothly.
