Eligibility Criteria :

Technical Examiner :
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. In addition, candidates should have experience in areas such as contract execution, material management, public procurement, quality assurance, legal and policy matters related to procurement, compliance and vigilance in public procurement, contract management, or other related fields.

Assistant Technical Examiner :
Candidates should be officers holding the position of Assistant Engineer under the Government of India or an equivalent post in State Governments or Union Territory administrations. They must possess an Engineering Degree or Diploma and have relevant professional experience.

Assistant Technical Examiner (Horticulture) :
Applicants should be serving as Assistant Engineers (Horticulture) in the Engineering Department of the Government of India or hold an equivalent position in State Governments or Union Territory administrations.

Staff Car Driver (Grade II) :
Candidates must have successfully qualified the trade test prescribed by the Government for the post of Staff Car Driver.

Application Fee :
No application fee is required for applying to any of the advertised posts. Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, SC, and ST categories can submit their applications free of cost.
General/OBC : Nil.
SC/ST : Nil.

Age Limit :
The maximum permissible age for candidates applying to any of the above posts is 56 years. Applicants must ensure that they satisfy the age criteria as specified in the official notification.

Salary / Pay Scale :
Selected candidates will receive salaries as per the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission (7th CPC).
Technical Examiner: Pay Level 11 with a salary ranging from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
Assistant Technical Examiner: Pay Level 7 with a salary ranging from Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month.
Assistant Technical Examiner (Horticulture): Pay Level 7 with a salary ranging from Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month.
Staff Car Driver (Grade II): Pay Level 4 with a salary ranging from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month.

Selection Process :
The selection procedure for the advertised posts consists of the following stages ;
