CUSAT Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates should possess an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Quantitative Techniques, or Systems, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized Indian university or an equivalent foreign qualification.
In addition, applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:
Qualified UGC NET / CSIR NET / SLET / SET, or
Hold a Ph.D. degree awarded as per UGC regulations (2009/2016 and amendments).
Ph.D. qualification requirements (where applicable) ;
Degree awarded through regular mode.
Thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners.
Successful completion of open viva voce examination.
At least two research publications, with one in a refereed journal.
Minimum two conference/seminar presentations under UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or equivalent recognized bodies.
Certification of fulfillment by the Registrar or Dean (Academic Affairs) of the university.
Candidates holding a Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked within the top 500 globally (QS / THE / ARWU rankings) are also eligible.

Application Fee :
General / OBC : ₹950.
SC / ST : ₹195.

Age Limit :
Age criteria will be applicable as per the official CUSAT notification guidelines.

Salary / Stipend :
Ph.D. holders: ₹42,000 per month.
Other contract faculty: ₹40,000 per month.
