Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility criteria vary according to the post applied for.
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualifications and relevant experience from a recognized university or equivalent institution.

Project Associate-I (PAT-I) :
Must possess a Master's Degree in any one of the following disciplines ;
Pharmacy.
Biotechnology.
Nanotechnology.
Nanoscience.
Life Sciences.
Biochemistry.
Chemistry.
Veterinary Science.
Zoology.
Toxicology.
Pharmacology.
Microbiology.
Environmental Microbiology.

Project Associate-II (PAT-II) :
Must possess ;
Master's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Life Science, Toxicology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or
MVSc / Animal Sciences, or
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Research and Development.

Senior Project Associate (Senior-PAT) :
Must possess ;
Master's / Integrated Master's Degree in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or
MVSc / Animal Sciences, or
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Research and Development.
OR
Must possess ;
Doctoral Degree in Science,
Pharmacy,
MD, or
MS from a recognized university.

Project Scientist-I (PS-I) :
Must possess ;
Doctoral Degree in Science, or
Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in Research and Development.

Project Scientist-II (PS-II) :
Must possess ;
Doctoral Degree in Science, or
Master's / Integrated Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Research and Development.

Application Fee :
No application fee has been prescribed in the official notification.
Candidates belonging to all categories can apply without paying any fee.
General/OBC Candidates: Nil.
SC/ST Candidates: Nil.

Age Limit :
Candidates must satisfy the age criteria prescribed in the official notification.
Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per Government rules.
Age Criteria ;
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 40 years.

SC/ST Candidates: 5 years.
PwBD Candidates: 5 years.
Female Candidates: 5 years.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years.

Salary :
Selected candidates will receive a monthly fellowship/salary along with House Rent Allowance (HRA).
HRA will be paid at 20% of the fellowship amount wherever applicable.
Project Associate-I (PAT-I) ;
Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA
OR
Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA.
Project Associate-II (PAT-II) '
Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA
OR
Rs. 35,000/- per month + HRA.
Senior Project Associate (Senior-PAT) ;
Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA.
Project Scientist-I (PS-I) ;
Rs. 56,000/- per month + HRA.
Project Scientist-II (PS-II) ;
Rs. 67,000/- per month + HRA.

Selection Process :
The selection process consists of different stages depending on the post.
PAT-I candidates are required to appear for a written examination in addition to the interview.
